What is included in the free trial?
What forms of payment do you accept?
Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Once you change your plan, the monthly payment will automatically be adjusted. If you upgrade, you can use the additional quota right away.
Are paused tracks counted in my plan total?
Will taxes be included in my monthly invoice?
- If you're an individual (rather than a company) and you're located within the European Union (excluding the UK) then we are required to charge the local VAT rate based on where you are using Trackly. For instance if you are in Germany we will charge you the German VAT rate of 19%.
- If you're a company based in the EU (excluding the UK) and you enter your VAT identification number in the payment form we can remove the VAT from your monthly bill.
- If you're an individual or a business in the UK we have to charge you UK VAT.
- If you're outside of the EU & UK then you don't have to worry about any of this.
Why do you ask for a VAT number?
If you're a registered business in the EU (excluding the UK), you can enter your VAT identification number to remove VAT from your monthly bill.
Can I add my company name & address to invoices?

Can I be invoiced in GPB instead of US dollars?
All of our invoices are created and sent automatically by out billing system and currently this only works in US dollars.
What happens if I cancel my account?
Where are my credit card details stored?
We partner with Recurly for our subscription billing. Recurly saves your credit card details in a secure, protected and encrypted way. Your financial data is never stored on Trackly's servers.
Can I extend my free trial?
Do you have a free plan?
Yes! Limited to 3 tracks, and daily/weekly checks though.
