What is included in the free trial?

The 30-day free trial for each plan has the exact same functionality as the paid version.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept card payments (through  Recurly). If you would prefer another option,  please let us know.

Can I cancel, upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Once you change your plan, the monthly payment will automatically be adjusted. If you upgrade, you can use the additional quota right away.

Before you downgrade, ensure that you don't have more tracks in your account than the new plan allows.
If you downgrade to the free plan we will cancel your monthly payment and refund the part of the month that you have not used.

Are paused tracks counted in my plan total?

Yes, all tracks count towards your quota.

Will taxes be included in my monthly invoice?

Yes, but only if you're an individual (rather than a company) and you're located within the European Union. If that's the case then we have to charge you VAT on top of the monthly charge.
We are required to charge the local VAT rate based on where you are using Trackly, for instance if you are in Germany we will charge you the German VAT rate of 19%.

Why do you ask for a VAT number?

If you're a registered business in the EU, you can enter your VAT identification number to remove VAT from your monthly bill. 

What happens if I cancel my account?

We'll obviously be very sorry to see you go! When you cancel your account, we immediately delete all of your tracks and refund the unused part of your subscription.

Where are my credit card details stored?

We partner with  Recurly for our subscription billing. Recurly saves your credit card details in a secure, protected and encrypted way. Your financial data is never stored on Trackly's servers.

Do you have a free plan?

Yes! Limited to 3 tracks though.

I'm on a custom plan, and I need more tracks, how do I change it?

Just  get in touch, and we'll be happy to adjust it for you.
