My track has a "Section of page specified could not be found" error - what can I do?
What does this error mean?
This error means that you've set up the track to monitor just part of the page - and Trackly can no longer find that section of the page.
This is usually because the design of the web page you're tracking has changed and the section of the page doesn't exist anymore, or has been renamed.
How can I fix this error?
First of all, click on the link to the page being tracked and identify the section of the page you want to track.
Edit the track
And select the section of the page you want to track again.
Trackly will then resume checking the track on the usual schedule.
